He oversees more than 200 facilities across the US, converting complex regulatory requirements into field-ready practices for both state-of-the-art plants and aging infrastructure.

Jeff partners with cross-functional teams to ensure sustainable compliance, bridging the gap between infrastructure, treatment operations, and the procedural side of daily facility management across Veolia's North American portfolio.
